American Plant Garden Rewards

Why has the program changed?

Acting on feedback from our current members, our updated program will reward members more often, without having to remember a rebate postcard.

What are the new benefits?

Members will now earn points for each dollar spent at American Plant*. Points will be totaled at the end of a three-month period (season) and issued rewards via email**. Rewards are available to use next season. Rewards not used by the end of their current use period will expire.

*Points earned through purchase of retail products or services (excluding gift cards).

**declining to providing an email address does not affect membership eligibility.

What is a point?

$1 equals a point. See Point & Reward Tiers

Why do you need my email address?

A current email address is required if you would like to receive rewards notifications. Rewards notifications will be sent when new rewards are available to use and before they expire for the season.

Why do rewards expire?

Garden rewards will be issued more frequently, up to four times a  year and we want to encourage our customers to use their available rewards.

Can I still use my old rebate postcards?

Yes. There are no changes to how the rebate postcards can be used, and can be combined with the new rewards program toward purchases.

Can I combine rewards with other sales or promos?

Yes, new rewards can be combined with other sales and/or promos.

Can I use points toward delivery and/or planting services?

Yes, new rewards can be used toward delivery or planting services.

Can I redeem my rewards on the website?

Not at this time, however you can still earn points for online purchases. See "Signing Up Online" for more details.

Current members who would like to earn points from online purchases should make an online account using the SAME email used to sign up at one of our stores. If you are unsure what email was used or would like to update your contact information, please contact it@apfgarden.com with the subject line "Update my Contact Information" and we would be happy to assist you
