Description
First pounded in Egypt, the rustic mix of herbs, spices, and hazelnuts is revelatory on a dip or pile of labne or on a halved and roasted squash. But also do as the Egyptians do and delight in Dukkah with some boiled eggs, good oil, and crusty bread. Ingredients: Hazelnuts (grown in Oregon), coriander, cumin, cayenne, salt, sesame seed.
